Mahindra Satyam (the new brand identity of Satyam Computer Services Ltd.), a leading global business and information technology services company, delivers consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing solutions to clients in numerous industries across the globe. It also had various subsidiaries and joint ventures. It had more than 49,200 professionals working for it.
Corporate governance which can be defined narrowly as the relationship of a company to its shareholders or, more broadly, as its relationship to society is very important for any organisation. In Indian context we can see in this story how because of lack of Corporate Governance Satyam computers had lost his identity and wear a new Brand that is Mahindra Satyam.
