This autumn, Challenge:Future invites youth 18 - 30 years old to participate in three new challenges, each one bringing many opportunities - from scholarships of up to EUR 2,500 per person to attend the Challenge:Future Academy and Summit 2012 in beautiful Slovenia, to financial support for project realization, internships, speaking opportunities at global events, and various other prizes.
22 September - 30 November
Participants are encouraged to envision potential disasters that we can face in the next 20 years and create solutions for prevention, preparedness or response to what humankind may face, for example climate change, terrorism or natural disasters.
AWARDS: Top three ideas – fully paid scholarship (2,500 EUR each) for attending C:F Academy and C:F Summit 2012. One among three winners will get speaking opportunity at the C:F Summit conference “Towards Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Future” alongside prominent experts and business leaders.

27 September - 9 December
Competitors are encouraged to invent and implement tangible impact for the underprivileged youth. By using their creativity, they can help one or more underprivileged groups of youth, from immigrants to disabled or abandoned.
AWARDS: Top five submissions – fully paid scholarship (2,500 EUR each) for attending C:F Academy and C:F Summit 2012. The winners are going to present the solutions at C:F Academy participants and social entrepreneurs, competing for the funding for further development of their ideas.

sLOVEnia – Old Stories for New Adventures
11 October - 12 December
C:F youth is invited to imagine and create touristic products and solutions (adventure, trip, souvenir, touristic service, concept hotel, theme museum, games, food) based on “old stories” and legends of selected tourist destinations in Slovenia that will offer new adventures for tourists.
AWARDS: Each winner per destination will receive fully paid scholarship (2,500 EUR each) for attending C:F Academy and C:F Summit 2012. Furthermore, among the five winners the judging panel will select the national winner who will receive an additional prize.
