The International Leadership Association's (ILA) annual global conference is the only international event that brings together leadership scholars and researchers, educators and students, coaches and consultants, and public leaders and executives to purposefully share their unique perspectives, experiences, research, and knowledge to create better, more integrated leadership thinking, practices, and solutions that can positively impact our complex global environment.
We invite you to contribute to the dialogue and submit a proposal to our 18th annual conference, The Dynamics of Inclusive Leadership by the deadline of February 1st. Share your reflections and research, practices, and/or pedagogies on inclusivity as a path to more effective and ethical leadership for the greater good of all. We welcome many different types of proposals including panels, posters, presentations (including papers), roundtables, symposiums, and workshops.
