The rector takes a key strategic leadership role, and works closely with the president of the University. The rector is an exclusive position that is directly responsible for the management of University, supervision of the achievement and maintenance of a high-performance and sustainable academic portfolio, achievement of the University’s research and corporate goals, the implementation of the University’s ambitious strategy regarding the quality of services, brand and student enrollment.
An ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience in strategic and financial management for at least seven years, experience in achieving outstanding organizational success, to be result-oriented, ability to solve complex problems with the help of creative solutions and possess a PhD/DBA degree.
