The Compensation & Benefits Club of the Lazarski University, Poland encourages you to participate in the “Trends 2021 – Benefits” study, which is devoted to planned changes in the policies of company non-wage benefits. The survey is nationwide.
The study was prepared by the participants of the postgraduate “Management of Remuneration and Work Results” studies. It is addressed to employers and employees, and the contemplated questions relate to preferences, expectations and planned changes in benefit policies.

It takes no more than 15 minutes to complete. The study will last until March 30.
The initiator of the study is the Compensation & Benefits Club of the Lazarski University, as well as ProPeople and Tempurio, companies specializing in the implementation and development of modern remuneration systems. The media patronage over the study was taken by Personel Plus, a magazine that for many years has been supporting HR teams in the process of implementing ambitious projects of building good benefit practices.
The results will be presented at the C&B Workshop on May 11, 2021 and on the TEMPURIO platform, as well as on cbhr.pl. The most important conclusions will be published and discussed in the Personel Plus magazine.
