The Association of African Business Schools (AABS) meetings are open to all those involved in Business Schools or Management in Africa. The 2012 meeting will include the annual business meeting of the Association, followed by a workshop by Prof Srikant Datar from Harvard Business School on "Rethinking the MBA", and a Roundtable Symposium "Best Next Practice in Management Development", a one-day conference which will focus on innovative approaches to developing leaders as well as the base of the management pyramid.
