CEEMAN is pleased to extend a warm welcome to Ms Larissa Winter, who will be joining the organization as CEEMAN Director from 1 September 2011.
A native of the Ukraine, Larissa started her career as a lawyer at Unilever Ukraine in 1998, working with an international team in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Poland with a head office in London.
In 2001 she moved to Vienna and began working as a lawyer and HR Director for CEE at ISS Facility Services Holding CEE. In 2006 she joined OMV Refining and Marketing, Austria, as Senior Human Resources Manager.
Since 2007 she has been Human Resources Director of Vienna Insurance Company with responsibility for more than 26,000 employees in 24 countries of the CEE region. Larissa is currently enrolled in the Executive PhD program at IEDC-Bled School of Management.
Having extensive business experience and great interest in the region, she will bring a valuable new perspective on both the strategic and operational development of CEEMAN. We wish her a lot of success!
