Participants from 7 countries and 8 partnership organizations of LEAD4SKILLS project met at IEDC- Bled School of Management in Bled from 3 to 4 April. CEEMAN interim director and IEDC-Bled School of Management professor Drikus Kriek held lectures on skills that leaders and managers need in their often stressful wok environment.

“By finding your own and others optimal stress zone one can even gain from stress”, emphasized prof. Kriek and explained how to turn stress to a friend instead of a foe.

He then talked about how problem solving is firstly about understanding the real problem and then finding the right solution and the best way of implementation. And why in dealing with difficult conversations, safety and mutual respect are crucial.
