CEEMAN President, prof. Danica Purg, represents CEEMAN in China and South Korea

Prof. Danica Purg, CEEMAN President is travelling to China and South Korea in October 2016, which opens a new chapter in the Association’s international endeavours and actively builds bridges in the dynamics societies.

Her first part of the trip is focused on one of the world's largest and most alluring markets – China. She is speaking at the 6th International Business School Shanghai Conference in Shanghai on the panel How Do International Business School Organizations Contribute to Global Business Education? together with representatives of AMBA, AACSB, EFMD and GMAC.

Several CEEMAN Board members (Sergey Myasoedov, Assylbek Kozhakhmetov, and Witold Bielecki) and CEEMAN member institutions are participating at the conference as well:

After Shanghai, Prof. Purg is travelling to Hangzhou, where she meets Prof. Xiaobo Wu, Dean, School of Management, Zhejiang University in order to discuss their hosting of the 25th CEEMAN Annual Conference in in China in September 2017.

Her next destination is Shenzhen, where she is attending the The 5th AEARU Development And Collaboration Of Asian Business Schools Workshop “Business Education: Meeting the Challenge of Innovation”, taking place on October 22-23 at the Peking University HSBC Business School. She will be taking part in the panel about Developing Global Innovations and Entrepreneurs – How Can Business Schools and Industry Collaborate?

From October 23-25 she is visiting Beijing where she will meet representatives of ITTN – International Technology Transfer Network, a professional service organization committed to promoting international technology transfer and international innovation cooperation. It carries out work in association with more than 200 international well-known technology organizations from in 15 countries.

Prof. Purg will conclude her Asian tour in Seoul, South Korea, where she was invited to contribute at the AAPBS conference (Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools) on October 27-28.
