Scientific studies of faculty members of KROK Business School are demonstrated in the special issue of the journal “Scientific notes of the KROK University” (“Economics” series). On the pages of a scientific publication, BSK experts presented a deep vision of business issues in two chapters: “Management and Administration” and “Innovative Activities”. Olexander Bakka touched upon the topic of behavioral economics and staff motivation; Irina Zolotarevych presented modern trends in reputation management and communication technology; Natalia Zagornyak working out the topic fiduciary management of assets аnd investment-driven development in Ukraine; Natalia Kalinina spoke about the Main causes of inefficient organizational changes in companies; Natalia Shevchenko investigated the topic of maximizing profitability in crop producing farms through efficient planning and control management; Iryna Oleynikova raised the topic of the transformation of Back-Offices function; Olena Siukaeva shared valuable experience in companies reorganization; Oksana Sedashova touched upon the creation of conditions for the successful activation teams creative potential; Olena Khomenko shared practical recommendations for building an effective learning system in companies. Oksana Sedashova, Ph.D., KROK Business School faculty member, participated in Florida Creativity Conference XVI in capacity of invited guest speaker of the Conference in April 2019. She was the only person representing Ukraine at the event. Dr. Sedashova shared the interesting experience about trends in the development of creativity in the world based on the results of the survey recently completed. The Annual Florida Creativity Conference XVI was attended by over 250 people, including the most famous United States experts in the field of creativity and innovation. More than 100 workshops and trainings on the practical use of creativity in education, business and life were presented at the conference. Oksana Sedashova, Head of the Creativity Reserch Center of KROK Business School conducted several workshops on creative tools for solving business problems, demonstrating the author's techniques that aroused the interest of the conference participants and a positive response. KROK Business School faculty studied the methods for conducting trainings on how to think creatively and saw trends in the development and application of creative thinking in various fields, including business education. Contacts and issues for common interests became the foundation for further cooperation development in the area of joint research with the University of South Sarasota and the Innovation Lab Salvador Dali Museum (Florida, USA).
