The agreement provides for the promotion of education for the military and their families, the development of specialists with the competence to meet modern requirements, and their participation in addressing the challenges of promoting military service and social care for military personnel. In addition, within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned for the heads of the Ministry to conduct public lectures, excursions to military units, cognitive-educational projects and military research activities by the in higher education institutions.
