Missing Link Discovered by Dr. Zoltan Buzady, IMTA Alumnus and CEEMAN Case Writing Competition Winner

CEEMAN is happy to share the news of success of IMTA Alumnus and CEEMAN Case Writing Competition Winner, Dr. Zoltan Buzady, Assoc. Prof. of Management and Organization at CEU Business School who is the co-author of a newly published book "Missing Link Dicovered".

Missing Link Discovered is the title of the newly published book that describes, discusses, and analyzes an entrepreneurial innovation: an attempt by a group of extraordinarily creative individuals to transplant Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s widely-known Theory of Flow into a teaching and research tool which will illuminate and enhance effective managerial and leadership practice.

On November 9th a Special Forum was held at the Central European University Business School, Budapest, on the topic of Flow-theory (pos. psychology), Leadership and Serious Games. Hosted by Dean Prof. Mel Horwitch, the panel of Prof. Zoltan Buzady (CEU), Distinguished Prof. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (Claremont Uni), Prof. Paul Marer (CEU) and Mr. Zad Vécsey (ALEAS Inc.) discussed theory & practice of Flow-based leadership and a related teaching innovations based on FLIGBY, a global award winning leadership simulation game.

Dr. Zoltan Buzady is inviting academic partners, who wish to adopt this unique flow-leadership development simulation game at their university teaching for free.
