About the trainer Oleg Alferov:

Project management experience 19 years, incl. experience in international projects: Poland, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark. Internships in the Netherlands and Sweden. Consulting services: business development program, optimization of the company's business model, business planning, optimization of business processes, project management. Clients: more than 50 companies in the field of services, production, trade in 15 regions of Russia - from micro-businesses to well-known federal players.
