Vistula University – one of the oldest private universities in Poland, is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and the Vistula School of Hospitality – a quarter of a century of scientific and didactic work, as well as activities for the socio-economic environment.

The Vistula University Group have signed a memorandum with one of the largest and most respected associations focusing solely on the development of the management accounting profession - IMA. As a result of the agreement, our universities will receive 10 scholarships per year for the CMA qualification exam!

On the occasion of its 75th anniversary, the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, has the great pleasure to invite everyone to a panel of experts debating on the meaning of accreditations for the business schools focusing on new trends and common values. The debate will be held online on November 14, 2022 at 11:00 CET.

On October 14, 2022, the official Inauguration of the Academic Year 2022/2023 took place at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw. During the event, the all guests listened to inaugural lectures, witnessed the proffering of appointment letters for the Deans and Vice-Deans and got to know the laureats of the first edition of the contest for the best social project. First-year students took a solemn oath, thus officially joining the student community.

The capacity of Riga Technical University (RTU) in promoting entrepreneurial skills and developing the business environment has been highly evaluated by the international ranking World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI), where RTU ranked 36th in the Entrepreneurial Spirit category. In total, RTU was placed 101–200 in the WURI ranking. None of the Baltic universities has reached so high results in this ranking.

Professors and students of Almaty Management University investigated the impact of information of political and social significance on people. We analyzed the opinions and feelings of citizens based on neurobiological research.

Thanks to the dispensers installed at Gdańsk University of Technology, already several thousand plastic bottles have not ended up in the garbage. As part of cooperation with Saur Neptun Gdańsk, fifteen dispensers have been installed so far, where you can fill a reusable cup or bottle with water.

Dr. iur. Markus Frischhut, LL.M., Jean Monnet Professor and part of MCI's faculty has recently published his new book »The Ethical Spirit of EU Values: Status Quo of the Union of Values and Future Direction of Travel«. It covers the individual values of the EU, as well as their relationship to each other, but also to other provisions of EU law.

On September 29 - 30, 2022, within the framework of the VII Youth Forum of the World Petroleum Council "Energy Transition: Dialogue of Generations", the final of the third season of the team competition "StudentDigitalFest-2022" was held in Almaty. The 7 best teams met in the final. Among the finalists were "MAYDAI" and "Dispose" from the School of Digital Technology.

CEEMAN Champion Awards 2022 have been awarded to 2 AlmaU professors in the following nominations: Teacher of the Year – Ms. Aurora Diaz-Soloaga (School of Management) and Responsible Educator of the Year – Dr. Alberto Frigerio (School of Politics and Law). Applications for the awards have been written and submitted by the Head of International Development of AlmaU – Ms. Darya Nelidova in May 2022.
