Digitalization affects not only the content of education, but also its organization. Universities are forced to solve the problems of the next transformation, affecting the university management system.
The growing level of uncertainty in the context of global digitalization is pushing for new, more effective and, most importantly, more reliable management tools. One such tool is Soft Computing.
The guiding principle of soft computing is: “tolerance for inaccuracy, uncertainty and partial truth to achieve ease of manipulation, low solution cost and better agreement with reality”, which allows us to talk about this tool as the most appropriate current reality.
SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY (IMBL) is already actively working on digital transformation and we are well aware that research in the field of soft modeling in management helps the university to modify its own methodological platform. All this led us to the publication of the collective monograph “Soft models of management in terms of digital transformation”, which became successful thanks to the scientific and educational policy of SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY (IMBL), because we not only do research in the field of soft modeling in systems management, but also We are developing a serious university transformation strategy.
The methodological platform of this transformation is the soft modeling of the management of the scientific-educational, socio-economic and humanitarian-legal complex.
In the framework of the conference on the theory and applications of soft computing (ICSCCW 2019), held in Prague on 28.08.2019, the collective monograph “Soft models of management in terms of digital transformation” was announced by Rector of the SU (IMBL) Akperov Imran Gurru oglu.
The monograph was the first step towards introducing the key principles of soft modeling into the management system.
In continuation of work on this topic, SOUTHENR UNIVERSITY (IMBL) holds an international conference on 19April 2020, which will allow us and our colleagues to expand our scientific contacts and present the results obtained over the year in the field of Soft Computing.
