Michael Netzley |

Michael Netzley (PhD, Minnesota) teaches digital media, corporate reputation, and leadership at Singapore Management University. Before arriving in Singapore in 2002, he taught in the MBA program at the University of Minnesota and has held a range of visiting appointments in Argentina, Germany, Slovenia, Finland and Japan. Michael was selected as a 2010-11 Research Fellow with the Society for New Communication Research and regularly consults with public and private sector organizations throughout Asia. He lives in Singapore with his wife and daughters, and can be heard each week on the For Immediate Release podcast. |

Seán Meehan is the Martin Hilti Professor of Marketing and Change Management at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. He joined IMD in 1997 and since then he has designed and delivered management development programs for companies such as Air France-KLM, Caterpillar, COFRA, Hilti, MasterCard International, PWC, Sandvik, Schindler, Swiss Re, Telefonica, Toyota and Vodafone. He has consulted with many leading companies such as GE, Novartis, Philips, Coloplast, and Masterfood. |

Ruth Alas |

Prof. Ruth Alas is the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Head of The Department of Management at Estonian Business School. She has written twenty-six textbooks on management and more than 130 articles. Professor Alas lectures on Change Management. Her research focuses on change and innovation management, crisis management, employee attitudes, learning abilities, organisational culture, leadership, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. Professor Alas has organised several international conferences and was conference chair of IHRM 2007 and EURAM 2011 in Tallinn. She has held the position of Chair of EIASM workshops’ series on ‘Organizational Development and Change’ since 2006. |

W. Michael Hoffman |

W. Michael Hoffman is the founding Executive Director of the Center for Business Ethics (1976), and the Hieken Professor of Business and Professional Ethics at Bentley University. In addition to consulting for numerous corporations and law firms, he has authored or edited 16 books, including Business Ethics: Readings and Cases in Corporate Morality, Ethics Matters: How to Implement Values-Driven Management, and The Ethical Edge: Tales of Organizations that Have Faced Moral Crises. He has published over 100 articles in such journals as Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics Quarterly, and Business and Society Review. In addition, he is the co-editor of the book series Foundations of Business Ethics published by Blackwell. Dr. Hoffman has been an invited speaker on business ethics for organizations and associations around the world, and has been quoted and featured on many occasions in print and broadcast media. He was co-founder and President of the Society for Business Ethics, and was the founding Executive Director of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association. In addition to receiving the Bentley Award for Excellence in Research (1989), he was named the Humanist of the Year (2007) by the Ethical Society of Boston, and has received lifetime achievement awards from the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (2009) and the Society for Business Ethics (2011). |
