Today, managers of educational programs face greater and greater challenges. To meet the needs of their increasingly sophisticated students, many public, private and corporate schools have turned their attention to improving the planning, marketing, and delivery of their programs.

Consisting of three highly active days, the seminar provides program and project managers who deal with design, promotion, and delivery of educational programs, as well as, professionals responsible for initiating, developing, organizing, coordinating and streamlining program management process and methodologies with cutting edge tools and best practices in managing programs.

Class sessions include briefings by experts, group discussion, and case analyses of problem faced in day-to day working life. In small groups, you will apply what you have learned to a series of case study exercises and address real world challenges faced by program managers. Currently, over 220 participants from 30 countries have participated in this program.

Program structure

The Program Management Seminar is an intensive and highly interactive three-day program designed to make Program and Project Managers more effective in handling their increasingly demanding and complex responsibilities. Class sessions include briefings by experts, group discussions, and case analyses of problems faced by Program Managers.

  • How to decide on marketing investments to increase enrolments;

  • Dealing with difficult participants;
  • Managing faculty;
  • Handling ethical dilemmas in the program manager role.

Admission and fees

In order to benefit most from the program, prior experience in program management and a good working knowledge of English is recommended.

Fees:

  • € 700 for CEEMAN institutional members
  • € 770 for exchange and individual members
  • € 900 for non-members

(in some cases, 20%VAT might apply depending on the legal status of the applicant's institution)
