IMTA, a unique faculty development program, takes places in June in Bled, Slovenia every year and has so far educated more than 500 professors of management from 40 countries, including close to 100 educators from Russia.

Under the masterful guidance of highly experienced international faculty, the participants get a chance to enhance their teaching methodologies, materials and skills; receive valuable feedback on their own teaching techniques; as well as learn from some of the personal “tips and tricks” of the teacher’s profession.
