Innovative leadership skills are necessary at all professional levels in today’s fast-paced environment, with its increasing competition, changing expectations, and new demands for continuous innovation. Leading in the Academic Enterprise® is a three-part rotating series that was developed from extensive AACSB research and contains custom-designed cases and exercises.
Strategic Thinking and Creative Problem-Solving focuses on developing effective problem-solving strategies using systematic tools and methods for identifying the core problem in order to focus creative thinking on the best resolution process.

AACSB Business Accreditation Seminar

For business schools interested in or seeking AACSB Accreditation as well as for individuals new to the standards and process, the Business Accreditation Seminar is vital for understanding the challenges schools often encounter regarding eligibility criteria, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement, to name a few.
