In the era of transitioning into a digital and low resource footprint value creating paradigm, innovation becomes paramount. The way innovation will be managed, organised and executed as well as the objectives of innovation will change during this transition.
The two-day conference will provide insights into how both managers and academics see these changes. The conference will be a mixture of presentations by R&D managers on how they see the management of innovation, recognised academics on the latest insights around innovating during a paradigm shift, and researchers that present their research findings relating to this topic.
Currently considered themes include (but not limited to):
- Innovation Management: Theory and Practice of Real Sector of the Economy
- Robotization of Business Processes to Automate Routine Management
- Impression Economy: Innovation in Art, Historical Heritage, and Recreational Sphere in the Region
