Given the travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Program Management Seminar will take place online on 26-28 August 2020 (part 1) and another module on 15-16 October (part 2). We welcome applications and invite broader representation from management schools globally to join the discussion and sharing experience.

Through group discussions, briefings by experts, and case analyses of problems encountered in business schools’ daily routines, this seminar will cover many topics: building a positive learning environment, understanding target markets, delivering high-level customer satisfaction, dealing with difficult participants, post-program activities, alumni relations, and more. These topics are especially actual now, with the disruptions in management education caused by the pandemic and the impilications it has on program design and delivery, marketing and admissions, and quality assurance.

We are very excited to meet the new generation of program managers, coordinators, and directors in charge of the overall program management or its individual segments. They will get the chance to share their unique experiences, learn from each other and get advice from a high-profile team of internationally renowned professors and institutional leaders from prominent business schools around the world. Since 2005, this world-class program has been attended by over 500 participants from 162 institutions in 41 countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Make it a priority to assess and improve your program management skills in these challenging times, and join the online Program Management Seminar in August and October 2020!
