15th CEEMAN Conference Proceedings

CEEMAN's 15th Annual Conference was held on 27-29 September 2007 in Istanbul, Turkey, hosted by Sabanci University.

The event explored what makes the current globalization process different from ones the world has witnessed in the past and sketch the new world that we are heading towards. Whether driving these changes, or responding to them, businesses are facing the need for a new generation of leaders, those who be capable of leading their companies towards achieving and sustaining global competitiveness, while at the same time acting as agents of social change and transformation on both local and global scale. This imposes new challenges for business schools and other management development institutions.
