13th CEEMAN Conference Proceedings

CEEMAN's 13th Annual Conference was held on 22-23 September 2005 in Kiev, Ukraine. The general theme of the conference was "Innovations in management development".

The central conference theme of innovations in management development is without doubt one of the key issues on the agenda of business schools and other management development institutions worldwide. Conference participants discussed all aspects of innovations in management development: educational content, processes and teaching methodologies, actors involved, and new partnerships in the organizational and institutional context. One of the important topics was the contribution that arts and culture can make to a better understanding of the creative process and, moreover, to creating an innovative mindset in students of management.
