CEEMAN Deans and Directors Meeting Proceedings was held on 22 September 2005 in Kiev, Ukraine. The general theme of the meeting was "New Challenges of Faculty Development".

The meeting clearly emphasized that faculty development is becoming a critical issue and challenge in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage in the globalizing business education and management development industry.
