16th CEEMAN Conference Proceedings

The Proceedings of the CEEMAN's 16th Annual Conference that was held on 25-27 September 2008 in Tirana, Albania. The general theme of the conference was "Management Education for the Realities of Emerging Markets".

The event discussed the transition to phase two in the development of management education institutions. It is important for everybody to analyze the situation now, when the pioneer period in the history of business education in Central and Eastern Europe is drawing to a close.
