This publication is adressed to managers and public administration, higher education and non-government employees. Authors are concentrating on quality of education and modern managers and its impact on the functioning of the organizations they led.
The public expects specialists educated at management faculties and business schools to be skilled at organizing and running companies, enterprises, institutions, partnership – in other words, organizations. This applies both to business organizations and to administration, ecucations, and non-governmental organizations. The high organizational equality of an organization is conditiones upon the professionalism of the organizers. Professionalism depends on the quality of management education, and that depends on the quality of the knowledge passed on by teachers.
