ASFOR (Italian Association for Management Education Development) has recently presented the results of the fifth Learning Survey focused on Italian organizations. ASFOR received 92 on line questionnaires from the main Italian companies: manufacturing (for example, ENI, Fiat Group, Finmeccanica, Pirelli, Ferrero, etc..); financial (e.g., Banca IntesaSan Paolo; Unicredit, Mediolanum, etc. ); services (e.g. ENEL, Poste Italiane, Seat etc.); subsidiaries of multinational companies located in Italy (e.g., Abb, Coca Coca, IBM, Mc Donalds, Roche Farma, STMicroeletronics, Vodafone, etc.) and well know medium size companies (Technogym, Brembo, Dallara, Martini & Rossi, etc.). For the first time, the survey has been carried out at industry level and according to the degree of internationalization of the respondents.
