Biology is actually becoming a major issue for corporations, leaders, decision makers, people as citizens or as consumers. This science will provoke major changes in business models, product development, people management, legal systems, management models, CSR models, ethical models. Understanding and managing issues linked to biology will become part of the CEO’s new hard and soft skills. Management education has to consider an understanding of biology as a must in all programs.
