Furthermore, speakers like Andrew Crisp and Sean Meehan brought insightful perspectives on contemporary challenges and opportunities in branding, marketing, and program delivery.
A standout moment was the exploration of teamwork dynamics by Prof. Drikus, highlighting the motivational conditions essential for fostering a cohesive and high-performing team. Additionally, Prof. Danica Purg, President of CEEMAN, addressed the ethical responsibilities of program managers, offering strategic insights on time management and prioritization under pressure.
