CEEMAN's highly anticipated Program Management Seminar for 2024 has concluded with resounding success, leaving participants energized and equipped with invaluable insights. The seminar, held at the scenic IEDC - Bled School of Management in Bled, welcomed 19 participants from 9 different countries, including Kazakhstan, Hungary, Switzerland, Estonia, Georgia, Slovenia, Latvia, China, and Poland.

The seminar commenced with a thought-provoking exploration of the essential qualities of effective program managers led by Prof. Drikus Kriek. Discussions centered around the multifaceted aspects of program management, emphasizing traits such as drive, courage, collaboration, communication skills, and empathy.

The agenda also featured engaging workshops, including a Design Thinking session led by Prof. Nenad Filipović, which underscored the significance of understanding and enhancing the customer experience cycle. Furthermore, speakers like Andrew Crisp and Sean Meehan brought insightful perspectives on contemporary challenges and opportunities in branding, marketing, and program delivery.

A standout moment was the exploration of teamwork dynamics by Prof. Drikus, highlighting the motivational conditions essential for fostering a cohesive and high-performing team. Additionally, Prof. Danica Purg, President of CEEMAN, addressed the ethical responsibilities of program managers, offering strategic insights on time management and prioritization under pressure.
