The fees include attendance of the selected events, materials, coffee breaks, lunches, receptions and dinners for 1 person as specified in the program. The fees do NOT cover travel, airport shuttle, accommodation, participation in social events for accompanying persons, or sightseeing tour.

Payment of participation fee should be settled by 1 September 2013 at the latest by bank transfer upon the receipt of the proforma invoice from CEEMAN. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards. 

HOTELS AND TRANSFERS

We will be glad to help with booking hotel accommodation in Bled (all within walking distance from the conference venue) and airport transfers for you. Please mark your preferences:

The hotel rate includes bed&breakfast, per room per night. Tourist tax EUR 1.01/night/person is not included. No hotel cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received in writing till 19 August 2013.
Hotel accommodation costs should be settled directly with the hotels in cash, by credit card or via bank transfer.

The price per one-way transfer, Ljubljana Airport – Bled, is EUR 40 per car for up to three people use the same transfer, payable directly to the driver who will issue a receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of participation (in writing) must be received till 19 August 2013 if fees are to be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement; however, prior notification is required.

By submitting this registration form, I confirm that the information submitted is accurate and I guarantee the payment of participation fee before the event. I agree that my photo is published in the conference materials in electronic and/or written form. I have taken notice of the cancellation terms.
