Gender Economics Research Center of Narxoz University announces the 3rd call of young researchers from Central Asian countries for awarding 3 (three) scholarships for conducting gender economics research. Selected fellows will receive monthly scholarships in the amount of 110,600 (one hundred, ten thousand and six hundred) tenge for following 6 months for conducting gender economics research.
Scholarships are intended to support young researchers and cover their research and administrative costs related to research (interviewing, survey, data collection etc.).
A total of 3 (three) fellows will be selected. Project supported by Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan (SFK) in the framework of “Open Economy” initiation.
The competition is open to:
- Master and PhD researchers of Kazakhstani and abroad universities, studied on economic, financial and humanitarian disciplines;
- Economists, analysts and specialists who are employed in Kazakhstani and Central Asia research and analytical centres;
- Independent analysts, and experts within an economic direction.
