We are happy to announce that the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek (EFOS), Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, Croatia has been awarded CEEMAN IQA Re-Accreditation status for another six years.

On 29 April at 15:00 CEST (10:00 GMT-3), the Globethics Competence Centre will host the launch of its latest research paper. This event marks the culmination of one of the three flagship research projects undertaken by the Centre. Developed by prominent scholars at the Universidad de los Andes (UniAndes) in Colombia, the paper introduces an innovative model for embedding ethics across academic curricula. It offers practical insights and evidence-based recommendations for institutions and educators working to strengthen ethical competencies among students.

In April 2025, MIM Business School launched a new pre-MBA program for future leaders. Over 90 students — including entrepreneurs, professionals, military personnel, and veterans — joined the program, underscoring the continued demand for education and leadership training in wartime Ukraine.

MIM Business School held the first graduation of its innovation-driven startup development program, supported by IMD. Launched amid the ongoing war, the program empowers future innovators and fosters entrepreneurial resilience — a critical driver for Ukraine’s recovery and long-term growth.

CEEMAN mourns the passing of Professor Andrzej Gospodarowicz, former Rector of the Wrocław University of Economics, a valued CEEMAN member institution. A distinguished economist, dedicated educator, and respected academic leader, Professor Gospodarowicz served his university and the broader academic community with excellence for nearly five decades.

From April 2nd to 4th, 2025, CEEMAN hosted the Program Management Seminar in the beautiful town of Bled, Slovenia. The event brought together 20 participants from 12 different countries, creating an inspiring and transformative environment to explore the evolving landscape of program management. Over the course of these three days, attendees engaged in practical knowledge-sharing, collaborative exchanges, and insightful discussions.

On February 19th, CEEMAN hosted its first Conversations Over Coffee, an exciting new initiative aimed at bringing our alumni community together in a relaxed and informal setting. This event offered a unique opportunity for members to reconnect, share insights, and engage in meaningful conversations with one another.

This online event offered CEEMAN members another opportunity to connect in a relaxed and informal setting while engaging in meaningful discussions on a subject that resonates with many in the field of management education.

The webinar on the 2024 Application Trends Survey, hosted by CEEMAN in collaboration with GMAC, has now concluded. During the session, participants explored key findings from GMAC's annual survey, which provides valuable insights into global business school admissions trends.
