SymOrg 2026 will promote the theory and practice of management, organization, computer, and information sciences, discuss new challenges and solutions in times of permanent disruption, and establish mutual collaboration among researchers, professionals, and the public sector. SymOrg 2026 will take place from 10 to 12 June, 2026 on Kopaonik, Serbia.

KROK Business School hosted a meeting of MBA program students with Kateryna Benivska, a franchising expert. MBA students learned how franchising helps scale businesses, explored and discussed practical cases, financial and legal advice, and tools for network development. Franchising is a new level of business: growing, profitable, and structured. This message became the main takeaway of the meeting.

KROK Business School successfully completed the implementation of the special program “Managerial School 4.0”, designed specifically for Credit Agricole Bank managers. Throughout the program, participants deepened their knowledge of modern management approaches, effective communication, creative and design thinking, AI as a tool for digital thinking, delegation and teamwork, self-assessment and self-reflection, resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership competency development.

On 19–20 November 2025, the 8th edition of the Global Conference on Creating Value took place on the campus of Imperial College London—an international event that has, for years, shaped the direction of development in value management, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration. The conference brought together distinguished scholars, business leaders, technology specialists, entrepreneurs, and representatives of public administration, creating a forum for critical reflection on the future of global economic ecosystems.

KROK Business School delivered a corporate modular training program, “Facilitation: The Art of Working Effectively with Groups,” for pharmacy chain managers. The program was designed for leaders who operate in a high-pressure environment — constant change, heavy workload, strict standards, and high levels of responsibility — and who need practical tools to engage teams, navigate complexity, and achieve results through collaboration.

We are pleased to announce that on 21 November 2025, during the Economic Challenges Forum – Symbol 2025, the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University was awarded the title “Symbol of Science and Business Synergy 2025.” The distinction was received on behalf of the University by the Dean, Dr Jerzy Choroszczak, Professor at WSB-NLU.

On 19 December, we had the pleasure of hosting a Christmas Concert in Auditorium 4. From the afternoon onwards, students could enjoy attractions prepared by student clubs.
