Additionally, Dr. Martin Dahl, Dean of Lazarski University in Poland, joined the event, enriching the exchange of ideas and strengthening international partnerships.

MIM Kyiv Business School hosted a graduation ceremony for participants of the Reintegration Policy Management program. This project, dedicated to addressing reintegration challenges in Ukraine for the deoccupied regions, equips leaders with the skills to drive sustainable solutions. Human versus Machine: Accounting, Auditing and Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence is a book that provides a critical reflection on the state and perspectives of the accountancy and auditors profession, addresses the AI technology's supportive role in accounting and auditing tasks, reporting processes and reports' attestation, as well as stresses the necessity to modify educational curriculums in business accounting in response to changing circumstances, and set the regulatory frameworks regarding the use of generative AI by academics and students.

Event of the month: The Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province announced the 2024 list of International Science and Technology Cooperation Bases, recognizing the 'International Cooperation Base for FinTech and Big Data Analysis' established at ZIBS. Additionally, the project 'Study of Countermeasures for Establishing a Science and Technology Finance System that is Compatible with Science and Technology Innovation in Zhejiang Province,' led by ZIBS Dean BEN Shenglin, was approved as a major project under the Provincial Soft Science Research Program.

On December 18, 2024, the Northern Ski Race "Ski Trail of Musin-Ivanov" took place in Lobanovo village, North Kazakhstan. Organized by AlmaU and Zeynep Multidisciplinary College, the race honored outstanding athletes Samat Musin and Nikolai Ivanov for their significant contribution to the development of skiing in Kazakhstan.

Almaty Management University concluded 2024 with a series of remarkable events. Highlights included the Smart City Almaty Challenge hackathon, the V International Conference on Public Trust and Social Capital, the 36th-anniversary celebration and a roundtable with exchange students from leading French universities. These events emphasized innovation, collaboration, and AlmaU’s global vision.

The Accreditation and Certification Committee of FIBAA has accredited three educational programs at Almaty Management University (AlmaU): «Restaurant and Hotel business», «Public Relations» and «Law». The accreditation is valid for 5 years (until 2029) and confirms the high quality and alignment of AlmaU’s programs with international standards.

The international conference, Polish-Czech-Slovak Day 3, is scheduled to be held at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. The event is set to take place on March 17, 2025. This conference serves as a proactive response to the imperative of fostering enhanced collaboration on scientific, pedagogical, and organizational fronts among universities from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
