The Friede Springer Stiftung supports excellence in research by funding two Friede Springer Doctoral Scholarships at the Graduate School of the new research center CASiM at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL). The scholarships are endowed with a monthly stipend of up to 1,468 Euros and a waiver of the fee for the doctoral program at HHL.
The scholarships run for three years, are highly competitive and are open to all nationalities. The successful applicants will be expected to start by December 01, 2012 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
The successful applicants will write their doctoral theses in one of the four research themes of CASiM “The Role of Trust in Firms and with its Stakeholders”, “Change Management in Firms and Markets”, “Health Care Economics and Management of Health Care Institutions”, and “Urban Dynamics: Cities and Firms in Global Competition” and will have the opportunity to work with the internationally renowned researchers in business administration Prof. Dr. Horst Albach, Prof. Dr. Heribert Meffert, Prof. Dr. Ralf Reichwald and Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart, on the Executive Board of CASiM as well as with the distinguished faculty members at HHL. Each scholarship holder will get two supervisors: one leading researcher from HHL and one member of the Executive Board.
