Cancellation terms
Cancellation of participation (in writing) must be received 2 days prior to the beginning of the seminar if fees are to be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement; however, prior notification is required. If you register for the event and never send the cancellation of participation in writing, you are obliged to pay the full fee, even if you do not attend the event.
