In some cases, 22% VAT might apply depending on the legal status of the applicant's institution.
The
participation fee covers materials, coffee breaks and one dinner. Please note that the fee does not include lunches and dinners or travel, accommodation or visa expenses.
A cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be charged for any cancellation received after the formal admission. Cancellation of participation (in writing) must be received 14 days prior to the beginning of IMTA, if fees are to be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made. Substituting another equally qualified participant for the program is possible up to two weeks before the seminar at no additional cost or cancellation fee. If you register for IMTA and never send the cancellation of participation in writing, you are obliged to pay the full fee, even if you do not attend the academy.
