The International Journal of Inspiration & Resilience Economy (IJIRE) is an international interdisciplinary open access blind peer-reviewed refereed journal and is part of the International Inspiration Economy Project which includes publications of success stories, research, perspective, case studies outcomes and scientific studies in the areas of future coming economies with more focus on Inspiration Economy and Resilience Economy. This newly developed international journal (IJIRE) aims to cater more for the needs of those who want to contribute diverse papers in relevant to Inspiration, Inspiration Economy, Inspiration Engineering, Inspiration Psychology, Resilience & Co-existence Economies, Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation and Change Management Initiatives that influence the world or the specific communities Socio-Economies and any similar related research that would contribute to creating an inspiration driven economy directly or indirectly.
IJIRE would target both quality research articles and practitioners case studies that describe latest research and developments in areas focusing on the inspiration and resilience needs, inspiration and resilience spirit that would impact the different socio-economies. IJIRE would focus on the influence of inspiring and resilient organisations; including governments, societies and/or practices in relevance to these socio-economic issues all over the world. Inspiration & Resilience Economy is a research field which encapsulates variety of fields (including but not restricted to: economics, management, sociology, social studies, psychology, sport, etc.) looking at various issues related to Inspiration & Resilience Economy: resilience thinking, creativity thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship, education, problem solving, discoveries, creativity, social and organization tolerance, knowledge sharing, social coaching, sustainable development, risk and challenges management, stability management, poverty, contribution, success stories, empowerment, potentials, aspiration, positive transformations, aspiration, learning, education, coexistence, resilience, mentorship, capacity, capability, change, pedagogical development, growth perspectives, rehabilitation, strategy, planning, initiative, enabling, opportunities, migration, immigration and integration. The IJIRE also welcomes papers on Ecosystems, Social Innovation, Environmental Sustainability, Organistional Learning, Organisational Competitiveness, Excellence, Knowledge Management, Knowledge Economy, Learning Economy and Innovation Economy.
Submitted papers should not have been previously published, nor currently under consideration for publication elsewhere may. All papers are refereed through a double blind review process.
