Collaboration

As part of the project on human resource management practices in universities (HRM in Academia), we conduct surveys among key informants in such entities, i.e. people in the highest positions in the structure of the university (managers of departments, divisions, directors, deans, rectors, chancellors) due to their extensive knowledge and extensive experience in the studied area. The study is about assessing personnel areas such as recruitment, selection, development and improvement of staff, employee evaluation, motivating and communicating.
