Hackathon Goals: to produce implementable solutions (global or within their country) for one of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. Solutions should be implementable and based on data analysis and existing technologies.
Teams of students (2-5 students, age: 21-28) should present concepts of their solutions in the video format and a justification with calculations of their project by the 20th of May, 2019. The best teams will be invited to participate in the project development stage, assisted by a mentor. The teams will present their projects in Moscow in July 2019.
The top ten teams will benefit from a unique experience of developing practical solutions for global problems with the help of leading experts and mentors, developing skills and expertise to create idea-based projects and prototypes, firsthand impressions of Russia and Moscow, awards and certificates from sponsors and organizers, priority and financial advantages in applying to International Relations Master degree program at RANEPA.
