CEEMAN IQA procedure
CEEMAN IQA has a six-stage accreditation procedure.
Eligibility criteria:
1. CEEMAN membership.
2. An institution whose primary mission is management or business education. Management faculties or departments that are embedded in schools of economics or in technical universities may be accredited but not the larger non-management institutions that contain them.
3. A minimum of five years of operation.
4. A minimum of three graduating cohorts in each of its major groups of program offerings.
CEEMAN IQA accreditation status is granted for an initial period of six years after which the institution could apply for re-accreditation. During this period, membership fee is to be settled annually.
To support schools that demonstrate strong potential for earning a six-year accreditation but are not yet fully prepared, we offer a two-year conditional accreditation. This provisional status is granted with the clear expectation that, within two years, the institution will show meaningful progress across our three core measures: excellence, relevance, and dynamism. If such progress is evident, the school will then be granted the full six-year accreditation. To assist in this journey, IQA also provides optional support mechanisms designed to help schools realize their full potential.
CEEMAN IQA Fees
For initial accreditation, the fee of 14 750* EUR is charged as follows:
- 7000 EUR upon confirming eligibility
- 7750 EUR upon submitting the SAR
For re-accreditation, the fee of 11 750** EUR is charged as follows:
- 6000 EUR upon confirming eligibility
- 5750 EUR upon submitting the SAR
*and** 22% VAT (Value Added Tax) is added if applicant's institution does not have a VAT/tax number.
The re-accreditation process starts one year before the initial accreditation expires. The re-accreditation process begins with submitting the re-accreditation application form.
The expenses for in-person site visit and other related costs (transportation, accommodation, meals, and ancillary expenses of peer review members) will be paid by the institution.
