International Management Teachers Academy starts in Bled

29 participants from all over the world arrived at Bled on Sunday 11 June for a two week academy to get to know and learn about the latest teaching practices in management education.

Until 23 June young management professors from 15 countries will have the opportunity to listen to  experienced, internationally-renowned professors, who form Faculty of IMTA about how to improve teaching skills and methods.    

During the first week of academy, the participants will attend lectures on latest challenges in teaching and students learning with an emphasis on teaching with cases. Participant will have the opportunity to try new knowledge in practice at extensive workshops.  

During the second week of IMTA four different tracks will be offered to participants (Business in Society, Marketing Management, Strategic and International Management, the Challenges and Paradoxes of Leading Change).    

Both weeks of learning and exchanging teaching and learning experiences will be intertwined with socializing activities, networking and group work while enjoying the beauty of Bled and hospitality of the IEDC- Bled School of Management.
