This year during the start of MBA Programs, kmbs welcomed executives from Ukrainian businesses, social, and cultural organizations. With different experiences, knowledge, and executives' perspective, they have created a unique learning environment within the MBA group.

On October 29th, new participants of Executive and Presidents' MBA joined our community. Thirty business founders and executives decided to start a 2-year transformation to bring positive changes to their companies.

Always dedicated to the development of Ukrainian business leaders, this year, kmbs decided to support representatives from different spheres. In April, we founded The Scholarship Program, covering 75% of the Executive MBA's tutition fee. It is aimed to empower executives who seek solutions for actual issues in Ukrainian society. For the second time, fellows from social and cultural organizations enriched the MBA group with their non-business executive experience, challenges, and perspectives.

Eduard Maltsev, kmbs Deputy dean explained the aim of the Scholarship Program:

“Scholarships stimulate the training of managers and the development of institutions that significantly impact society. They are also important for the MBA learning process. Being in the same classroom, business and NGO leaders begin to see the broader picture; better understand each other's issues; share the approaches to operational management; get acquainted with strategic management in different spheres.”

During the first module, participants began discovering the kmbs community and existing opportunities. They have learned about the business school philosophy, met the team and Alumni representatives. Also, an essential part of the MBA opening day was the introduction to the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy narrative, since kmbs shares the values of this prominent Ukrainian institution.
