At the end of February, the third module of this program was held, where its participants acquired new knowledge and in practice mastered the skills of a mediator. Together with instructors Oleg Triboy, Oksana Sedashova and Galina Sasyn, students worked out conflict resolution strategies using effective communication tools, learned how to professionally conduct visual psychodiagnostics and identify lies, identify emotions and interpret non-verbal signs. Throughout the training there were a lot of practical exercises in pairs and mini-groups, role-plays, simulations of mediation. So with each module, the KROK Business School forms and develops mediation in Ukraine. However, in Ukraine there is still a lot of work to popularize mediation, to make it understandable and accessible to different categories of citizens, to provide adequate legal regulation of mediation, high standards and professional programs for the training for mediators.
In the nearest future the Mediation Lab will be open. The goals of this Lab are conducting relevant research in mediation and the business mediation services offering.
