Prof. Alas was an outstanding scholar of management, truly passionate about her work and highly recognized internationally. She has authored more than 20 management books and 100 articles in Estonian and international publications, delivered presentations and lectures around the world, and was an active contributor at academic conferences and events (includng organizing EURAM 2011 in Estonia). She was also a regular contributor to international research activities at CEEMAN, including the latest research on management development needs in dynamic societies.
Prof. Alas will be remembered fondly by all those who knew her. CEEMAN expresses deep condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues.
