Our members have expressed a strong interest in learning not just about the description of a specific challenge or goal, but “how to” implement a solution, or “how to” start and continue the change process toward reaching that goal. We have responded with a successful launch of Know-How Webinars on topics of interest for management educators, as well as CEEMAN Lounge discussions. Lounge is a new platform to share and discuss some of the key questions management education is facing, bringing insights from our members and international experts. RAPID TRANSITION TO ONLINE TEACHING
Starting with the first webinar by Nikos Mylonopoulos, titled “Rapid Transition to Online Teaching”, we focused on the urgent actions needed in order to transition to online teaching. Dr. Mylonopoulos addressed topics that have to do with tools, equipment, teaching methods, preparation, and some bigger-picture issues related to budgeting, broader strategic impact, and medium-term sustainability. The webinar was based on his near-real-time personal experience from coordinating and spearheading into this transition.

SMARTPHONE VIDEOGRAPHY
On 6 April, CEEMAN joined forces with an award-winning commercial director-cinematographer Dražen Štader who showed us 10 simple steps on how to make presentational videos and online tutorials from the comfort of your home or office using just your smartphone. The webinar is here to help you learn a step-by-step action plan: How to set your smartphone for success, a simple method to be confident in front of the camera and how to create simple, effective online educational video content.

CEEMAN LOUNGE ON CEO PERSPECTIVES FOR BUSINESS SCHOOLS
For many businesses COVID-19 presented two multifaceted lifetime challenges 1) healthy survival, and 2) reorganizing for their imagined future. In the face of dramatic changes in economic outlook and consumer behavior they are at very least adapting how they do business. Work practices are being challenged, competence models are being revisited and resources revalued. The two-way expectation highway connecting employer and employee is being recalibrated. Business schools need to adapt quickly to support this step-change. This CEEMAN Lounge therefore provides an opportunity to explore how business leaders think about the potential contributions of young talents and how they think business schools should prepare them.

HOW TO SURVIVE THE INCREASING DEMANDS FOR DATA FOR RANKINGS AND ACCREDITATION
This webinar provides an overview of the complexity regarding the collection and management of data for HEIs, focusing on the key topics such as avoiding redundancies in data collection, controlling resource requirements for collecting and managing an increasing amount of data, common hurdles in data collection and how to overcome them, and best practices for managing multiple accreditations and rankings. Moderator Axel Borschbach (ACADEM by Rimaone) was joined by guests Violetta Grigorieva (Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO) and Marcin Matyja (Kozminski University).
