This report is one of a series prepared as an integral part of an international research project on the Assessment of Management Training Needs at the Achieved Level of Transition in various Central and Eastern European countries, conducted in 1998 and 2000. The project was implemented by CEEMAN and was sponsored by the European Training Foundation.
