In order to encourage ambitious young people, who want to continue their higher education, to choose the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, each year organize the Golden Index Competition, in which a study index is awarded. This study index grants a scholarship that covers the tuition fees for all years of study. The competition is aimed at high schools graduates all over Poland.
The first competition took place in 2021. The task of the competition was to write an essay which topic was “Pandemic – Opportunities and Challenges it brings”. This way the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw intended to encourage young Polish boys and girls from secondary schools to analyze the pandemic situation not only in terms of the risks and unpleasant consequences it caused, but also to see the opportunities created by this situation.
This year the University is conducting the second edition of the competition. The task will be to write an essay and share thoughts on the following topic: “Social Media – Opportunities and Risks. ” The University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw give the participants a free hand as to how explore and develop this topic.
Entries of a minimum of 3000 words and a maximum of 8000 words may be submitted together with all attachments via the application form. All information about the competition can be found on the website - https://indeks.vizja.pl/
The winner of the competition will be determined by June 15, 2022. The award ceremony will take place during the opening of the academic year 2022/2023.
