In this CoffeeChat, we will be focusing on Strategies for Faculty Growth and Development—a topic that promises to spark rich discussions and valuable exchanges. We are delighted to welcome two distinguished guest speakers:

  • Marge Sassi, whose PhD research focused on performance evaluation of Estonian Cultural and Creative Industries. Marge currently teaches leadership and management topics at Tallinn Technical University.
  • Dr.oec., Prof. Tatjana Volkova, a Strategic Management, Innovation Management, and Strategic ICT Management professor at the BA School of Business and Finance. She is also a guest professor at the Swiss Business School and a leading researcher in her field.
