China-EU Business Development Forum 2026: Forging Synergies, Shaping the Future

Marking the 50th anniversary of China-EU diplomatic relations, the China-EU Business Development Forum will convene in Paris, France, on April 10, 2026. Co-hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, ESSEC Business School and CEEMAN, this landmark event unites 120 elite alumni, business leaders, academics, and officials to deepen cross-border collaboration.

Against the backdrop of evolving global economic dynamics, the forum focuses on trade, innovation, and sustainability, core pillars of China-EU cooperation. It aims to empower alumni as mutual development ambassadors, strengthening the bilateral economic partnership for the decade ahead.

The agenda features insightful keynotes on China’s and Europe’s latest economic and business trends, plus two high-impact panel discussions. Experts will explore industrial chain collaboration, technological transfer, supply chain security, consumption upgrade, and brand interconnection, addressing opportunities for Chinese brands going global and European luxury/FMCG deepening in China.

Open to alumni from SJTU, ESSEC, CEEMAN member schools, and supporting French business schools, the forum focus on actionable insights and cross-cultural exchange, it serves as a catalyst for unlocking new synergies and charting a prosperous path for China-EU relations in the next half-century.
