About the Speakers:
Ruben Hayrapetyan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Matena, an international business school that delivers world-class executive programs in Armenia and beyond. Holding a Doctor of Science in Economics and the title of Professor, Ruben has held leadership positions across both the private and public sectors. He has contributed to numerous research projects, uniting academic expertise with practical insights into leadership and management. Alongside his academic and entrepreneurial work, Ruben advises business leaders and serves on the boards of several socially impactful companies, bringing his strategic vision to organizational growth and transformation.
Hikmat Abdurahmanov is the co-founder of TEAM University, the first entrepreneurship university in Uzbekistan and serves as the Country Director for Global Entrepreneurship Network Uzbekistan. His career spans various aspects of entrepreneurship, business education, leadership, and management, fueled by a passion for driving innovation and fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems. His educational background in Uzbekistan, Russia, and the UK has allowed him to calibrate his expertise in the business world, launching companies across diverse sectors such as leasing, foreign trade, and services to SMEs. He is also a certified Independent Director. Hikmat Abdurahmanov's venture include HMPARTNERS, an umbrella organization, encompassing GroundZero coworking spaces, CLG Leasing/CLGAuto leasing companies.
