Early-bird Fees (until June 10, 2026)
  • EUR 840 + VAT for CEEMAN members
  • EUR 1150 + VAT for non-members

Standard Fees (after June 10, 2026)

  • EUR 990 + VAT for CEEMAN members
  • EUR 1300 + VAT for non-members

The fee includes attendance of the sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome drink, lunches and dinners (on Thursday and Friday), as specified in the conference program, as well as transportation between the conference venues (e.g. dinners), for 1 person.
The fee does NOT cover travel, airport shuttle, accommodation, participation of accompanying persons, or sightseeing tour. Payment of participation fee should be settled by September 6 at the latest by bank transfer upon receipt of the pro-forma invoice. 

Cancellation of participation (in writing) must be received before 4 September 2026 if fees are to be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement; however, prior notification is required. If you register for the event and never send the cancellation of participation in writing, you are obliged to pay the full fee, even if you do not attend the event.
